- Go to the MPT website
Open a web browser and visit:
https://memberprivilegestravel.com.au
- Select “Reset Password”
On the login screen, click Reset Password (wording may vary slightly).
- Enter your registered email address
Use the email linked to your MPT membership, then submit the request.
- Check your email inbox
You will receive a password reset email with a link.- If you don’t see it, check Spam or Junk folders.
- Create a new password
Click the reset link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password. - Log in with your new password
Return to the MPT website and log in using your updated credentials.
Important Tips (Helpful for Agents to Remind Customers)
- The reset link usually expires, so it should be used promptly.
- Customers must use the email address on file for their MPT membership.
- If the customer no longer has access to their email, they will need member support assistance.
